Yes. Stripping beds, washing linens and towels on-site when machines are available, and remaking beds are part of every tier. Linens and towels are usually owner-supplied; for back-to-back bookings, ask about our linen service.
We bring all cleaning products and equipment. Restocking toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and coffee from your supply closet is included at every tier.
No. Per-turnover service has no commitment, property management plans are month-to-month, and there is no cancellation fee. We only ask for 48 hours' notice when plans change. Full scheduling and payment terms are in our Terms of Service.
Zelle is our preferred payment method. We also accept cash, check, Venmo, and credit cards; card payments carry a 3% convenience fee. Hosts on a recurring schedule and property managers can set up monthly invoicing.
